Cranky Building Support Type 1 - Designed for Flat Wall Application

• Cranky mounting post shall be of schedule 80 steel pipe and shall include stainless steel top welded in place.

• Assembly shall be powder coated and designed to support up to a 300lb. non-human load when utilizing the Cranky personal winch system as manufactured by LadderTech, L.L.C.

Cranky Building Support Type 2 - Designed to Provide Clearance for Commercial Gutters up to 8x8

• Cranky mounting post shall be of schedule 80 steel pipe and shall include stainless steel top welded in place.

• Assembly shall be powder coated and designed to support up to a 300lb. non-human load when utilizing the Cranky personal winch system as manufactured by LadderTech, L.L.C.
  

Cranky Building Support Type 3 - Designed for Use with Cornice Detail

• Cranky mounting post shall be of schedule 80 steel pipe and shall include stainless steel top welded in place.

• Assembly shall be powder coated and designed to support up to a 300lb. non-human load when utilizing the Cranky personal winch system as manufactured by LadderTech, L.L.C.

• Shall be securely fastened to wood nailer or other suitable structural member at top of cornice and shall also be set level and lower mounting stand offs shall be cut and drilled in accordance with included instructions for proper length.

• Bottom support shall be securely fastened to masonry construction utilizing ½” steel threaded rod and back plates or other architect approved fastening system.
